Port Washington

    Port Washington is a hamlet within the Town of North Hempstead, which encompasses four incorporated villages; Baxter Estates, Manorhaven, Port Washington North, and Sands Point, plus part of the village of Flower Hill. There are five elementary schools along with one middle school and one high school within the hamlet. Port Washington is direct north of Northern Blvd, sitting just in between Manhasset to the west and Roslyn to the southeast. Port Washington hosts multiple country clubs and well known golf courses such as Harbor Links, Sands Point Country Club, and North Hempstead Country Club.
